Body, Mind & Spirit Detox & Reset Program
We are in the early planning stages of our Costa Rica Retreat Center which will offer a powerful immersion in alternative healing modalities designed to detox and reset the body, mind, and soul. Programs will include plant and psychedelic medicine ceremonies with experienced shamans and integration therapists, alongside sound healing, art and rage therapy, trauma rewriting, silence, mindfulness and meditation practices, and deep connection with animals and nature, as well as excursions to enjoy the beautiful rain forest, volcanoes and beaches.
Curated as a full-spectrum reset, this experience provides not just temporary relief, but teaches a new way of living outside the “matrix” — releasing addictions, the need for permission and validation, and the cycles of productivity and consumption. Guests will be guided to reconnect with their soul’s true purpose and begin whole-being healing.
Costa Rica was chosen for its living connection to the four elements that restore balance to the human spirit. Fire rises in the volcanoes, igniting transformation and courage. Water flows in natural hot springs, rivers, and waterfalls, cleansing the body and emotions. Air moves through the rain forest canopy and ocean breezes, opening breath and renewing clarity. Earth grounds through the fertile rain forest and soil that nourishes our farm-to-table meals, reminding us of abundance and rootedness. Together, these forces create a natural energy field that accelerates deep healing and re-connection to the soul.
A portion of all proceeds will support reforestation and clean water initiatives in Costa Rica, ensuring the healing extends beyond our guests to the land and people with whom we share a home.
